Vasil Kisil & Partners Advise Enzym Company on Reorganisation into LLC.

The reorganisation is part of the corporate transformation of Enzym Company, on which Vasil Kisil & Partners also advised the Client. Our team developed a comprehensive reorganisation plan, prepared a set of documents for the reorganisation, and provided legal support throughout the project, including in liaison with the National Securities and Stock Market Commission. Thanks to a smooth cooperation between the client's and VKP's teams, it has taken four months to reorganise the company from a JSC into an LLC, in line with the initial plan.
