UDesign and construction of Ramada Hotels chain

Acting for a Ukrainian developer in establishing and developing a hotel chain under the brand name Ramada Encore in Ukraine, including: drafting and negotiating exclusive development agreement and agreements related thereto (e.g. licensing agreements; service agreements etc.); advising the client in respect to entering into an exclusive development agreement and agreements related thereto.

Counselling the client on the hotel management, including, drafting and negotiating the framework management agreement and individual management agreement for all and any hotels.

Advising our client in organizing hotel design and construction, including, drafting and negotiating the framework design contract and other individual design contracts; advising the client in respect to entering into a framework design contract and individual design contract.
