Provoking and framing up a bribe

In connection with a crime provoked and a bribe planted by a former police officer and domestic courts’ failure to properly assess these circumstances, an application was lodged regarding the violation of the client's rights to a fair trial, to respect for private and family life, and to an effective remedy.
