Transfer of IP rights in view of terminating cooperation with the business partner

We have protected a co-owner of Ukrainian ІТ product company during the transfer of intellectual property rights to the trademarks and copyright to a computer software in view of terminating cooperation with the business partner.

In addition, we advised on structuring IPR to software, including the drafting of a license agreement, agreement with clients and other contracts.
