Alleged civil conspiracy

Acting as Ukrainian law counsel for Pacific International Sports Clubs Ltd., a minority shareholder in Dynamo Kiev, one of the prominent Ukrainian football clubs, in a case triggered by alleged civil conspiracy resulting initially in dilution and finally in annulment of the minority shareholder’ stake, and unjust enrichment. The matter included several cases at Ukrainian courts as well as the English High Court of Justice proceedings.
