Advising on sale of Boryspil Concrete Products Plant

In December 2020, the founders of Boryspil Concrete Products Plant sold 100% of their shares in the company to private investors operating in the construction sector in Boryspil. At the time of sale, the company owned, apart of integrated industrial production assets, several buildings and land plots of nearly 3 hectares in the industrial zone in Boryspil. 

 
Vasil Kisil & Partners advised the sellers on all legal matters of the sale transaction and its structuring, supported the plant due diligence, negotiations on all the sale documents and settlements among the parties.

 
The plant was founded in 2011 and specializes in manufacturing concrete products for construction purposes.
