Industrial Union of Donbass Corporation – acquisition a major steel business – Dunaferr (Hungary)

Advising and acting on behalf of the Corporation before the European Commission on EU competition law compliance and state aid of privatized steel companies in Poland (Huta Czestochowa Steel Plant), Hungary (Dunaferr Steel Plant), Czech Republic (Vitkovice Steel Plant); obtaining the merger clearance from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for the Corporation in the process of acquiring a major steel business – Dunaferr (Hungary).
