Kyiv Zhovtnevyi hospital reconstruction

Acting as a sole legal advisor to a major Luxemburg-based developer in its entering the hospital reconstruction project. The project was initially held by private investors Promindustria and Elite-Centre on base of a cooperation agreement with the Kyiv Central City Clinical Hospital approved by the Chief Department of Health Protection and Medical Supply of the Kyiv Municipal State Administration and the Kyiv Municipal State Administration. Private investors were supposed to bear all construction risks and attract financing and were allowed to benefit from construction and sale or exploitation of certain office and residential buildings. The client of Vasil Kisil & Partners partook in office part of the project. We elaborated the general updated structure of the project and mechanism for entering it by our client. We drafted the basic quadrilateral joint venture agreement among all parties along with bilateral and trilateral agreements to cover certain business arrangements between private investors and conducted respective negotiations on their signing.
