Construction of SKY MALL

Acting as legal advisor throughout the construction of a multi-purpose complex that included among other a shopping and entertainment center, a shopping mall (a hypermarket SKY MALL which was released into exploitation in 2007), a water club, a housing project and various communal facilities. Providing complex legal support of the project throughout all of its stages: conducting legal due diligence during the acquisition stage, structuring the agreements between the land plot owner, the developer and the investor, constant legal support throughout real estate construction; elaborating investment agreements, lease and sub-lease agreements; legal advice on loan services. Constant legal support of joint ventures in Kiev, Odessa, Zaporozhie, Krivoi Rog and other cities.
