Berlin (Germany), May 17-21, 2008. Mr. Oleksiy Filatov, a partner with Vasil Kisil & Partners, running its intellectual property practice, and Mr. Oleksandr Mamunya, its associate, attended an annual conference held by the International Trademark Association (INTA).

Such annual conferences of the International Trademark Association (INTA) have long since proven to be large-scale events gathering talents of law profession from all over the world.

An extended program of the conference consisted of 4 days to be devoted to various working sessions, dedicated committees, forums, exhibitions and numerous entertainments.

Within the frame of the conference, the delegates were afforded opportunities to learn more about the most efficient ways for protecting trade marks, exchange their experiences, establish business relations with clients from many countries across the world and give their collective thoughts to resolving a number of issues related to the protection of trade marks.
