Vasil Kisil & Partners Law Firm acted as legal adviser for Aladdin Group (Ukraine), one of the most successful development groups in the commercial real estate market of Ukraine, in the matters of establishment of three joint business ventures with Immo Industry Group (Belgium), a leading pan-European developer of tailor-made commercial real estate. The purpose of the joint development project is construction of logistic centers in Ukraine designed and constructed according to tenant's needs and their subsequent leasing.

The transactions on establishing the joint development project were successfully closed on 02 July 2008.

Vasil Kisil & Partners provided overall legal support for the transactions, including planning and structuring joint business ventures, advising on investment and other transaction-related matters, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and implementation of post-closing matters.

Vasil Kisil & Partners advised on lease and development arrangements with tenants of logistic project in Brovary district of Kyiv region - Adidas, a leading European manufacturer of sporting and leisure goods, and Nokian Tyres, the largest tire manufacturer in North Europe. The team provided legal support throughout drafting, negotiating and executing preliminary lease agreements and project development agreements with the said tenants.
