June 26-27, 2008. Kiev (Ukraine). Oleksandr Khomenko, partner and head of Real Estate at Vasil Kisil & Partners participated in the international conference "Real Estate Investment in Ukraine" organized by Adam Smith Institute (London).
The event held at Premier Palace Hotel was attended by various experts dealing with real estate market: land plot owners, investors, developers, state authorities representatives, and construction project legal support experts.
The focus was made on vital questions pertaining to real estate investment insurance, attraction of foreign investments, investment agreement schemes, real estate market segmentation and other topical issues being of particular interest for Ukrainian legal community of real estate sector.
