Defense in criminal proceedings

Defense of a former adviser to the chairman of the management board of the state-owned oil and gas company in criminal proceedings on charges of misappropriation of public funds during procurement amounting to approximately USD 400 million. As a result of the attorneys’ work, the criminal case against the client, who had the status of suspect, was closed on exculpatory grounds.
