Vita Veritas - Development of the Obolonskyi Ave in Kyiv (Dream Town)

Acting as a legal counsel to a major Ukrainian developer in its investment of the project for building up the Obolonskyi avenue in Kyiv. The customer of the project is the Obolonska District Council represented by the Obolonska District State Administration. Originally, the project is developed by Kyivgorstroy as the investor and general contractor of the project.

Vasil Kisil & Partners elaborated the mechanism of client's participation in the project on sub-investment basis in part of shopping and entertainment twin towers near Minska metro station and drafted respective agreements.
