Advising on the concession related matters of construction and operation of a motor way “Lviv-Krakovets”. 

Vasil Kisil & Partners partook in negotiations between a major Polish-origin concessionaire and Ukrautodor and public entities for amending the concession agreement, drafted the MOU and preliminary agreement, advised on structuring, regulatory and other matters of the project, including obtaining the necessary permits and authorizations, title perfection, structuring the profit-gaining instruments, commissioning the road and its transfer to the balance-holder, profit sharing, structuring financial flows, taxation and other matters.
