Arbitrary and unlawful detention during a peaceful protest and ill-treatment

In connection with the illegal detention of the clients by the police during a peaceful demonstration and the use of physical force by the police against the clients, and the subsequent ineffective pre-trial investigation of the facts of ill-treatment, several applications to the ECHR were filed in connection with the violation of the clients' rights to freedom and personal integrity, freedom of peaceful protests and prohibition of inhuman and degrading treatment.
