Invalidation of the Product Sharing Agreement

Representing client in Ukrainian courts in a series of cases initiated by Ukrainian claimants seeking invalidation of decisions of local municipalities approving the Product Sharing Agreement between Shell and the Government of Ukraine, and invalidation of the Product Sharing Agreement itself. The PSA covers the first shale gas exploration and production project in Ukraine with estimate investment by Shell of USD 400 million at the first stage.
