Seven Hills – construction of PARK AVENUE

Acting as a local law advisor for the developer, being a major US-Israeli investment corporation, in the construction of five multistory residential houses as well as offices, retail, parking and other public and service premises and advising on tender procedure; drafting and negotiating construction, reservation and other development agreements; setting up the residential pre-sales scheme through corporate venture investment fund and interest free (special purpose) bonds; dealing with other related issues.
