Darnitsa railway station reconstruction

Acting as a sole legal counsel to the private developer in undertaking a reconstruction of the second biggest railway station in Kyiv. The project was started by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the initiative of the Ministry of Transport of Ukraine. The client of Vasil Kisil & Partners won the tender and entered into the contract for works with the State Territorial Branch Union "South-West Railway". Vasil Kisil & Partners advised the client throughout the entering the project and signing the contract for works as well as in course of its fulfillment.
