Elaboration of detailed plan of territory for Sevastopol

Acting as a sole legal advisor to the private developer in structuring its framework with the Sevastopol Municipal State Administration regarding elaboration of the detailed plan of the territory (zoning) for Laspi bay. The cooperation was formalized by means of contract for works, which provided for the developer's right to obtain 10% of buildable land according to the elaborated plan in lease or ownership from the municipal domain. Overall advice on further development of Laspi bay by RELE and its other projects in Kyiv, Sevastopol and other places.
