Bankruptcy proceedings and related property dispute

Representing an international car producer in a dispute regarding vindication of the real estate property mortgaged by the client. The former owner of the mortgaged property that was declared a bankrupt claimed for the vindication of the real estate property that was disposed of by the bankrupt and lately mortgaged by the new owners. In August 2017, the court of cassation has referred a case back for a new investigation.
