Acquisition of a new office

Vasil Kisil & Partners acted as a legal counsel to PHARMAGATE, dealing with all issues related to the acquisition of a new office, from selecting an investment property at the stage of its construction and to the registration of title to it. Before choosing the place, the lawyers have conducted a legal due diligence of some under-construction property, sellers, developers, development land plots, associated disputes and encumbrances, offered options for financing the construction through, among other things, purchasing property rights and purchasing special-purpose bonds from a venture fund, and identified legal risks related to them. The lawyers assisted in negotiations with representatives of the developer and the seller and actively participated in drafting necessary agreements with consideration of the client's interests and expectations, common business practice and legal requirements applicable to such transactions.
