Trademark protection

We have defended Oysters Cava Bar trademark, which refers to the Ukrainian well-known food-pairing restaurant promoting the culture of consuming Spanish sparkling wine in Ukraine. We protected the client's interests having convinced the Chamber of Appeal of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine that the trademark did not pose a threat of infringing upon a protected geographic designation and that the client had been for a long time using the designation in good faith.
