Kyiv outer ring road construction

Together with technical and financial advisors Vasil Kisil & Partners advised Ukrautodor on all matters of starting-up a road construction project on PPP principles. This included feasibility study, drafting tender procedure and concession agreement. We were responsible for the overall legal part of the project. Additionally, we have elaborated several draft governmental regulations and advised on amendments to laws aimed and project facilitation.
