Infringement of trademarks

Representing the international producer of closures in a number of court actions amounted at approximately 1 mln USD re infringement of trademarks under international registrations by producing and marketing closures for spirits. The matter requires extraordinary approach, namely in proving non-commercial use of a trademark by the client.
