Sale of Eastern Europe Custody Services to Citigroup

ING Group N.V., the biggest Dutch financial-services company, agreed to sell its custody business in Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Russia, Slovakia and Ukraine to Citigroup Inc.

In February-April 2013 Vasil Kisil & Partners provided full legal assistance to ING in respect of Ukrainian law matters of the transaction. The Parties expect to close the deal in the second quarter of 2013 subject to obtaining the permit from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
