Advising China's largest producer of electrolytic manganese on acquiring shares in the Ukrainian company, which has special permits for the development of the manganese deposit in Ukraine with planned capacity of manganese ore extraction close to 5 million tons per year and approximately 200 thousand tons per year production of electrolytic manganese.
