Advising a Swedish leading mail order/e-commerce company on current legislative regulation on distance trade, to name but a few: general overview of the legislative framework of distance trade in Ukraine, product liability issues, obtaining rights to phone numbers and post boxes in Ukraine, transfer of rights to trademark as well as other intellectual property rights; commenting on and amending the agreement on distance trade services provision and mandate (agency) contract for consumers services.
