Collective labour dispute

Representing a Ukrainian subsidiary of a French premier cheese producer in collective labour dispute with trade union. The main disputed issues between the management of the company and the trade union were successfully settled at labour arbitration involving representatives of the National Office of Mediation and Reconciliation.
