Odesa municipal parking relocation

Acting as a local legal counsel to the international Israeli-based developer in structuring its cooperation with local partner BASTMA in Odessa and entering the project of relocating and renovating the municipal auto-park initiated by the Department of Capital Construction of the Odessa City Council. The works were expected to be financed and executed by the investors whereas the Department of Capital Construction shall remain the nominal customer of the project.
