Advising on AIM LSE listing

On 12th September 2013 shares of Arricano Real Estate PLC were admitted to trading at AIM LSE. The expected size of offer reaches USD 24 million.

Since its origin in 2008 Arricano Group has developed and currently owns and manages four shopping malls: RayON in Kyiv, Sun Gallery in Krivyy Rih, City Mall in Zaporizhia and South Gallery in Simferopol, which GLA comprises 95 000 sq. m. The group also holds a 50% - 1 share in the Kyiv shopping center Sky Mall with GLA 67 900 sq. m. In the course of admission the Group has also acquired four other sites in Kyiv and Odessa with view of their further development.
