Vasil Kisil & Partners considers defining areas of concern in the Ukrainian regulatory and legal framework, which hinder foreign capital inflows to the national economy, to be its key objective under the cooperation with InvestUkraine. Vasil Kisil & Partners will pursue a set of legislative initiatives and focus on eliminating the above barriers and simplifying the regulation of foreign investors’ operations in Ukraine. The parties also plan to jointly prepare research materials related to peculiarities of the Ukrainian legal framework and practical recommendations for prospective investors.
“We believe in Ukraine’s investment potential and commit to do our best, using our solid expertise, to facilitate foreign funds inflows to our country. Many industries are badly in need of investments in their development and modernization. At the same time, foreign investors are often uptight about investing specifically in our region just due to the lack of information and potential legal risks. Professional clarifications and recommendations from leading experts are surely important for all the parties being interested in Ukraine for investment purposes,” – noted Oleg Makarov, VKP’s Managing Partner.
