July 9, 2008, Kyiv (Ukraine). Vasil Kisil & Partners law firm became member of the project named National IPO Committee. Denis Lysenko, partner and head of Corporate Practice, and Yuliya Kyrpa, leading associate, will be representing the company in the organization.

National IPO Committee was founded in 2005 for the purpose of developing the initial public offering market for Ukrainian companies' shares in the domestic and foreign capital markets by providing comprehensive advice in dealing with IPO market entry issues.

According to the opinion of Vasil Kisil & Partners lawyers, the involvement in the National IPO Committee project will help jointly create the advanced conditions for access of Ukrainian companies to IPO market by providing legal support and developing the legislative initiatives.
