Vasil Kisil & Partners acts as legal counsel to LNZ Group on its transaction to purchase Sumy cluster of AgroGeneration agribusiness

LNZ Group has closed its transaction to purchase 100% participatory interests in Agrozem LLC and APK Agrozem LLC, two Ukrainian companies controlled by AgroGeneration and holding together about 9 thousand hectares of lands in Sumy Region.

Vasil Kisil & Partners has assisted the parties to structure the transaction and agree upon its terms, drafted the agreement for transfer of the business, including security agreements, and obtained merger clearance from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and supported the closing of the transaction. 

The Vasil Kisil & Partners' project team included Volodymyr Igonin, Partner, Corporate, M&A, and Agribusiness, Anna Sisetska, Partner, Antitrust & Competition, and associates Taisiia Asadchykh, Artem Shmatov and Yevhenii Senchenko.
