Vasil Kisil & Partners advise JA Europe on establishing a presence in Ukraine

Vasil Kisil & Partners acted as a legal advisor of Junior Achievement Europe (JA Europe) on the establishment of a separate institutional presence in Ukraine.

JA Europe is the largest non-profit in Europe dedicated to preparing young people for employment and entrepreneurship. The JA network in Europe reaches almost 4 million young people across 40 countries which are supported by over 100,000 business volunteers and 140,000 educators.

Vasil Kisil & Partners' team advised JA Europe on various project matters, including the establishment of a specialized NGO and consultations on corporate & labor law.
